Website content describes our digital services and provides general information for business planning. It is not legal advice. Your firm is responsible for reviewing and approving its legal content, credentials, advertising disclosures, and professional obligations.
Service proposals and starting prices
Website Design & Development starts at $2,500 one-time. The Growth Plan starts at $1,750/month and the Scale Plan starts at $3,500/month. These are starting prices, not a quote for every project. Ad spend, hosting, third-party subscriptions, and additional work are separate unless expressly included in your written proposal. Payment terms, revisions, cancellations, and deliverables are defined in the project agreement.
No promised marketing outcomes
Search visibility, traffic, inquiry quality, case volumes, and revenue depend on many factors outside a website or marketing project. Kash Software does not guarantee rankings, leads, signed cases, or revenue. A design or technical improvement should not be treated as a promise of a business result.
Design Concepts and materials
Portfolio samples are Design Concepts. They illustrate website or identity directions and do not represent verified client engagements, endorsements, or measured outcomes. Names and imagery in a sample do not establish a relationship with the organization shown. Rights to commissioned work and third-party materials are addressed in the applicable project agreement.
Tools and resources
Tools and checklists are provided for general information and workflow exploration. The Smart FOIA draft tool organizes entered details; it does not validate legal requirements, submit a request, or guarantee an agency response. Review agency procedures and seek appropriate professional advice before relying on a draft.
Responsible use
Use this website lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, send malicious content, or misuse forms. Do not submit confidential client or case information. We may limit access to address misuse or protect website operation.
